True Crime
One of three students at Albert Einstein HS was sentenced this week, following an incident in April. Three handguns were found at the school in Kensington, after a boy unintentionally fired at a men’s room stall (attempted johnicide?). Officials found a .45 caliber handgun, and .38, and a .22. Apparently, a sale was in progress in the men’s room.
Prosecutors are charging the boys with misdemeanor counts of sale, transfer, and disposal of a stolen firearm. But I think we all know what really got Montgomery County’s dander up about this incident: the teens weren’t planning on paying the county sales tax.
